Rules and Regulations
Strictly avoid discussing sensitive subjects such as Religion, Politics, Racism, or R-18/Sexual content. Sharing suspicious links, offensive memes, or any "NSFW" material is strictly prohibited to ensure a safe environment for all members.
All promotional links must be approved by the Head Organizers or Lead Members prior to posting. The use of Meta AI is prohibited. Attempting to recruit members into external groups without permission is forbidden.
Minimize excessive cursing. Please use English or Tagalog only. Use of other dialects/languages is discouraged to ensure moderators can effectively manage the chat. Verbal abuse toward any member will result in immediate warnings or punishment. Spamming and the use of "aesthetic" fonts are prohibited to maintain chat readability and accessibility.
Cyberbullying, instigating fights, or malicious arguments will not be tolerated. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, malicious flirting, or threatening members. Grooming (adults approaching minors) is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.
Changing the Group Name, Cover Photo, or nicknames without explicit permission from the Head Organizers is prohibited. Please contact leadership if you have a request for a change.
Respect the "CHAT OFF" status during official announcements and minigames. Avoid sending unnecessary messages, images, or videos during these times. Failure to follow instructions during events may lead to removal from the group.
Sharing false or misleading information about the community or its leadership is prohibited. If you are confused or need clarification, please reach out to an available Head Organizer or Lead Member.
This is an active community. Participation in games and events (such as the Question of the Day) is mandatory. Inactivity for 3 consecutive days without notice may lead to removal.
The use of multiple accounts (Alts) to gain an unfair advantage in games, events, or voting is strictly prohibited. If you need to switch to a different profile, you must coordinate with the officers first.
Treat everyone with respect. We are a diverse community with different backgrounds. Be mindful that some humor or topics may not be acceptable to everyone; please adjust your behavior accordingly to maintain harmony.
The Head Organizers hold the final authority on all community decisions. Please communicate with officers respectfully. Refrain from provoking, disrespecting, or instigating arguments with leadership. Direct contact with Head Organizers should be reserved for suggestions, rewards redemption, or urgent matters.
The Divisions
Shounen Gakuen is currently divided into four (4) divisions currently participating in friendly competitions and events for prizes and fun.
Division I - Cardcaptor
Division II - Hexenzirkel
Division III - Sakura Empire
Division IV - Crimson Lotus
Officers Roles and Responsibilities
Rida - is the leader or captain of the group. They will be the primary decision-makers and are accountable for the actions taken by their members. They need to make sure that the members are aware of the rules and well-informed about the events and activities inside the community.
Hisho - is the second in command from the Rida. They will resume responsibility during the absence of Rida. They also are responsible for the creating IDs and Visual Aids about their Divisions.
Chui - is the activeness monitor. They will record and remind the members to answer the Question of the Day, the Special Missions, and send the IDs when needed.
Shinigami - is the policy monitor. They will report the rule violators within the Division or the Main group chats, including those who left without permission, and monitor the current headcount within the divisions.
Jinji - are the recruiters. They will recruit new members to join the community and their divisions. They are also responsible for assisting their co-members if they have recruits who want to join the community. \
Enjo - are the assistants. They are responsible on updating the points of the members weekly by adding them in their nicknames in division gcs.

Participate in special events tied to the seasons, bringing new levels of excitement to the group.
What's in it for me?
All new members of Shounen Gakuen will receive a copy of a customn made ID based on the characters and information they provided.
There are different tiers of IDs:
Regular ID = Given
Bronze ID = 1500 points achievement
Silver ID = 2500 points achievement
Gold ID = 5000 points achievement
Diamond ID = 7500 points achievement
Pink Diamond ID = 10,000 points achievement
There are also season exclusive IDs given only on special occasions.
Emerald ID = Anime Quiz Champion
Sapphire ID = Best in Games
Ruby ID = Tournament MVPs
Visual Certificates and awards are given monthly and every season as a sign of appreciation for the active members of the community.
Awards for Best in Activeness, Best in Games and Best Officers are given every season.
Contest Winners are also given the certificate as a reward for their efforts and achivement within the community.
Points servers as the currency within the community.
Points are rewarded to members who actively participates in our activities, events, contest, and games.
Points also determined the ranking of the members within the community.
It can be exchanged for Load, GCash (Redeem/cash out), or Game Currency (via CodaShop).
Points can also be transferred to other members and also be used in some limited time events within the community.

What can you do with your points?
Pile up the points to exchange them for Load, GCash (Redeem/cash out), or Game Currency (via CodaShop).

Redeeming system:
5 points = P1
You can redeem for as low as P10 (50 points) (Gcash or load; regular or fb10).
There will be a 10% tax for redemption. Example: P10 load redemption 50 points + 10% tax (5 points) = 55 points deduction.
You need to have a minimum of 55 points before you redeem.
The Maximum cash-out amount is P100 or 550 points.
Send a direct message to Hokage if you want to redeem.
Transferring system:
5 points = P1
You can transfer for as low as 50 points.
There will be a 10% tax for transfers. Example: 50 points + 10% tax (5 points) = 55 points deduction.
You need to have a minimum of 55 points before you can transfer points.
The Maximum cash-out amount is P1000 points (with few expections).
